Tightening my belly??

so in 2009 i was 186 thn got down to 117 by 2010 ended up gettin prego with my 3rd baby then got back down to 113 belly looks like jelly lol loose skin what things can i do to tighten it up n make it look a lil better..workout i can do??

  • Caardio, sit up's ab crunches and weight training come to mind. Or plastic surgery.

  • Cardio will reduce the fat in the stomach. Cardio is pretty much the only fat reducing excersise that's 100% effective.
    To tone and strengthen you can do Pilates. You can add in Yoga, but Pilates is especially important. Pilates helps you walk straighter, it helps loosen and strengthen joints and muscles. It helps you become more flexible and as well helps tone your body. Eating a healthy and well balanced diet is important. You don't need any fad diet, just a healthy meal plan that will benefit your excersise plan.

  • with that significant of a loss, I really hate to say this, you likely would need surgery. With significant weight loss there tends to be extra skin that does not go away on its own. If you are considering this option you will need to make sure you are at a stable weight. and most docs want you to be sure you are done having kids.

  • Most of the time, it's really difficult to get rid of it all, however plank exercises work out the entire core area, abs/core/tummy.
