  • With a migraine, you might have light and sound sensitivity, nausea, vomiting, throbbing pain in the head usually one sided. Sinus head ache you might have congestion, post nasal drip, pain in your cheeks, forehead, neck. If you are suffering from the "worse headache of your life", this could be serious and should check with your doctor. Good luck, feel better!
