  • Throw some frozen french fries in a light layer on the bottom of a casserole dish. Cover with a few frozen boneless, skinless chicken breast. Pour some frozen veggies all over the top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried onion. Cover with aluminum foil and cook at about 350 for 45 minutes. Delicious, last minute meal. If you like heat, you can always sprikle pepper flakes or cayenne in the mix!

  • I'm going quick and cheap tonight. Hamburger Helper(cheesymac), with tossed salad, cheese bread. I normally cook up a storm, but not tonight.

  • If you have never tried Italian chicken, it is easy. just put chicken breast (frozen or thawed), in a oven safe dish, add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and a little parmesean cheese if you feel like it, then cover liberally with Italian dressing. Low fat is fine...fat free comes out tasting soapy somehow. I serve it with rice, and the "sauce" tastes awesome dripped over the rice.
