For mommies with bi-racial children.

Do you have more than one child, but there are differences in their physical appearance? Like for example hair color, eye color, skin color.

I have 3 children, all are Hispanic/Caucasian. My hubby is from southern Mexico so he's the dark brown, black hair, black eyed Hispanic. I'm as white as can be haha. Our oldest daughter has the skin color of a nice all year round tan (not dark, but not white either), black hair, and black eyes. Then our youngest daughter has hair that's lighter colored than mine, eyes that are lighter brown than mine, but her skin is a couple shades darker than mine. Our newborn baby boy is darker than both girls and but has the same black hair and eyes that his oldest sister does. I just think it's funny, all 3 of them are so different haha! I was curious if other mom's out there have children who look a lot different from one another.

  • my kids are half black /half white.

My oldest and youngest have jet black hair but more white texture and not very curly. they have a medium complexion and often mistaken as another race. They are so similiar in features its funny because one is a girl and one is a boy!

My middle child has more black features still white textured hair but more curly than siblings. Looks just like her dad whom is black. She is lighter complection but gets way darker than her siblings.

I expected my girls to look more alike...well initally I expected my kids to actually have black textured hair! LOL

  • I can not speak from experience since I only have one child. But I am the middle of five children and the only slender one. My sisters and brother are heavier and stubby.

  • I only have 1 son, my husband is Mexican and I am white. Our son has darker skin, not quite as dark as his dad's, my light brown hair and blue eyes and he looks just like me! My MIL has told me some of her family in Mexico is more of the Spanish looking, with green eyes and lighter skin. I want to have another baby, we are discussing it, lol, but I wonder who our second would look like!

  • I'm white, my husband is south asian (family from India.) I'm blonde/blue eyed. Dh has black hair, brown skin, dark brown eyes. The kids are all somewhere in between... my son has dad's facial features and dark brown hair but has a rosy skin tone, a few freckles, and hazel eyes. My older daughter has my facial features, dark brown hair, olive skin, and her dad's deep brown eyes. And my younger daughter has the same olive skin as her sister, the same deep brown eyes, but has hair that is several shades lighter brown than the other kids.

  • My husband was Palestinian/Mexican/Dutch and I am German/Romanian/Jewish. Out first son was a carbon copy of him and has an olive skin complexion, dark eyes, dark circles under his eyes, light hair. Our second son is light skinned, light hair, light eyes. They look like little twins but one has blue eyes, the other brown and they have different skin tones.

  • YES! My LP is half Japanese and half Irish, but looks more Japanese. My youngest has very Asian features for being only 1/4, and my oldest looks like the milk man's baby! She is blonde and taller, like her paternal grandpa was. My LP was also blonde when he was a baby and then grew into having dark hair quickly...but to see us with this tall blonde when we are both short and dark haired is probably strange...although nobody has ever said anything because we live in a small town and everyone has known us as a couple as long as far back as they can remember, so they don't question things.

We are pregnant with our 3rd and I am curious to see what we get this time! LMAO
