So i know thyroid problems can delay your period but can a thyroid problem cause you to have a false negative HPT?

  • Depending on what is causing your thyroid problem . . . . if it is a whole hormonal system off whack, then you could have a false neg in the very beginning. As you progress, though, your levels will get WAY above the detectable range.

  • thats a good question but im thinking no...i have a low thyroid and never had a false negative but ill bump ya
