Doc called yesterday morning im pregnant =)
only bad thing is i have morning sickness really bad i cant even keep down water anyone know how to help it??

  • CONGRATSSS!!!, lemon heads helped me, rest, and try not to smell to many differnt things ( that can make you sick)

  • Ginger is supposed to be help. Maybe try sipping on some ginger ale and get some ginger snaps cookies. Hope you feel better.

  • CONGRATULATIONS! Fresh air always helped quiet my tummy in the early stages. That and the knowledge that it will pass and eventually you will have a little baby to love!!!

  • Sea-Band Accupressure bracelets. They are the only thing that helped with my severe nausea. Places like CVS and Walgreens have them.

  • Woot! Yay! and sorry about the morning sickness. Popsicles helped me a bit, but I don't know if there is anything that will actually make it stop until it passes, if it passes. Try to focus on the reason behind it and stay as hydrated as you can.
