  • Sandwiches, carrots, crackers, cheese, water, juice, cut up fruit, apples, bananas, and I know my mom friends who work always keep a chocolate stash at their office too.

  • I've brought strawberries, whole-grain crackers, yogurt, baby carrots, bell pepper strips, humus, pita chips, walnuts, blueberries, raspberries, popcorn, granola bars, apples, tangerines, broccoli florets, and little dark chocolate squares.

For my lunch "entree", I usually bring left overs from last night's dinner.

  • I would invest in some good storage things to take to work with you because it really expands your options.

I take pretty much anything I want, and packing from home saves so much money. I take salads, leftovers, etc. I think this week I have taken leftover pizza, leftover beef and noodles, and a salad. I usually pack an orange or a banana to go with my lunch, and then a baggie with a snack in it (this week has been banana bread).
