What stomach exercises do you do while pregnant?

I usually just do the crunch machine at the gym. But wondered if I should be doing something else at home?????? My Dr. said it wasa good idea to work your stomach for labor and for after you have the baby to get back in shape.

  • it is a good idea!!! it makes labor effortless. any ab exercises. you probably don't want to do any where you're lying on your back because you can hurt your back but any standing ab workout does wonders

  • Make sure you are not laying flat on your back for more than a couple of minutes after around the 4th month
