  • Depends. If he is violent, abusive or neglectful you can go the legal route. Otherwise all you can do is say "hey, I don't want you around" and hope that's enough.

  • Go someplace far away.  Work under the table so that your SS can't be tracked.  Make up a fake name.  If I personally needed to do this I would just disappear.

  • My mom did it. I don't know all the details but she got him to waive all parental rights and responsibilities when I was... 2 I think. She got my name changed to her maiden name and that was that. Never saw him again till I was 17. And to be honest I didn't even want to then. I got ambushed at my job basically.
    If he does sign just child support. But no visitation or custody either
