  • When I get cramps, my ovaries hurt and around 14 days after my period.

  • go on web md-they have an ovulating calculator-you put in your last three menstrual cycles and it will give you your fertile days-you ovulate usually between 12-14 day of your cycle

  • I know I can use ovulation predicted calendars/kits I was just wondering how YOU know or maybe you dont

  • I know when I get a thicker mucousy discharge and my ovaries are sort of slightly achy about 2 weeks before my next period.

  • Egg-white cervical mucus most months. But I only chart to know when my period is coming, so upward shift in basal body temp is all that really matters to me.
