Ideas please!

I am 20 weeks pregnant YAY! Having this baby has really changed my life. I have been doing alot better at working out and getting exercise but Im having trouble changing my eating habbits. I really want to get my husband and my family to eat better!! I need help with some ideas for healthy dinners so I can say "Bye bye frozen pizza!" Thank you!!!

  • Don't BUY the frozen pizza. Shop the perimeter of your market; that's where all the fresh foods are. Stay out of the frozen foods section especially.

    Chicken, fish. Lots of both. Veggies. Lots of that too. has tons of exercise ideas and you can find recipe ideas as well.

  • Check out Rachel Ray's website for recipes too. There will probably be some resistance at first, so keep some ketchup & Ranch on hand! -lol Also, maybe just do pizza once every other Friday or Saturday so no one feels deprived. GL :)

  • its hard to eat healthy when u are pregnant because you crave all the bad things! lol i am 20 weeks and 2 days pregant and i love my fried chicken!
