Behonest thats why im asking! MIL are both christians we made peace around xmas time

i was thinking about sending her an EASTER CARD. just saying .. glad we forgave each other . the peace i have now and in our family makes me happy. happy easter. would this be weird. EASTER IS THE SEASON OF FORGIVNESS

  • Generally the idea is to forgive and forget. I don't think it's weird, but I don't think it's necessary to bring up the past, either.

  • I agree with the others, send a nice card, but dont bring up the past, you can say that you are happy to have her a part of your life or something nice around those lines though.

  • Like everyone said I would just say something about how you like the way things are now, like "I'm glad we've grown closer." Or you could say you're glad you resurrected your relationship- you know, to keep with the Easter theme. :)
