Has anyone ever taken a recipe that calls for instant mashed potatoes and replaced them with fresh mashed potatoes? What's the conversion rate? How did you calculate the substitution?

  • Look at the box for instant. See how much each serving makes once prepared. Then you will know how much real ones to use.
