  • my cats do..nothin you can do stop that. The dogs we never did until I lost my boy to we let the girl up on one spot on the couch with her blanket. Never on the bed...she's 85 lbs. and way too big.

  • Cat yes, dog no. I used to let him on the bed until he peed on it (accident) lol. Plus he is always shedding so he stays off (though every now and then I know he sneaks onto my bed). I bought him nice comfy dog beds so he can be comfortable too.

  • My cats have always bee allowed wherever the kids are... so no to the kitchen table, counters, etc, but yes to everywhere else. A dog might be different, depending on size.

  • We had our dogs for 14 and 15 years, we got them as puppies and they never got on the furniture. They always had very comfortable dog beds in different areas of the house (4 beds total) and we had carpeted floors.
