  • Take your vows seriously. So many people don't.

  • Don't start out doing something cute because it makes you feel like the little wifey - chances are you're going to hate it in 20 years when its expected behavior. Best advice my mom ever gave me.

  • Always talk things over and don't let emotions "simmer" out of control.

  • Never try to control are each your own person too and if you feel you need to control what he does then it was never right from the start.

  • RUN!!!! Just kidding. Always try to talk things out. Never try to control or change each other. Love him for who he is. Take your vows & your marriage seriously. And most important make sure God is at the center of your marriage!!

  • My advice: Take a Advil PM the night before your wedding. I was so excited that I didn't get any sleep and I looked tired in most of my pictures. The very least have some cucumbers on hand just in case!
