Does anyone else get a headache when on a diet?

When I eat less food, my head aches for days. Even if I'm eating healthy!

  • when you change anything in you diet your body will go through withdraws. and sometimes headaches is one of the signs of it. if it keeps on for more then 72 hours then it's something besides withdraws. if not then it's just the effect of the diet change.

  • Yes, I remember dieting years ago and having headaches and others in the weight loss group reporting the same.

  • All the time! Like oldfashionSAHM I always suspected it had to do with withdraw. Easy enough ti figure out when you're a chocolate-addict like me. It takes a few days and then I'm fine.
