  • Whenever my 3 yr old. makes a funny face at me. It cracks me up and we just end up laughing together. I will always remember that.

  • So far, he's first smile/giggle. It melts your heart. I'm sure it will be just as memorable when he can actually tell me "I love you, Mommy".

  • When my 4 yr old was eavesdropping on me and her dad's conversation and she asked me if I was still pissed off....I know I shouldnt encourage her saying this but it was so freaking hilarious I busted up laughing

  • Wow can of worms here. Birth, that new baby smell. Watching them sleep, that first gummy smile, fist step, first word. First day of kindergarden, handprint turkeys on the fridge, handprints on the walls. First soccer game, first touch down, first prom dress, mouths full of metal, skinned knees, broken hearts, hey mom can I use your car?, I need help registering for college courses, family dinners, laughing with them, crying with them, being so proud of who they have become.
Joe, Emily, Hope, Will and Jack. 5 pieces of my heart I wear on the outside of my body. I have loved every single second that I have had the honor of spending with them. Being a mom is the best job on earth.
