So I'm 20 years old I'm 4'11" never had a growth spurt and ever since I was 15 I've gotten these growing pain achy like feelings in my legs and arms but I don't grow. What do you think this possibly could be?
My suggestion would be to eat foods high in potassium. Bananas are a great potassium source. Potassium helps prevent those muscle cramping & aching feelings. I go through this when I don't get enough potassium. You also might need a calcium supplement.
