Is it safe to eat fish fillets during pregnancy?

I've been craving tuna & fish fillets recently, I know with tuna there is a mercury risk and you have to limit the intake.. But does that same rule go for things like fish sticks and fish fillets?

  • I am sure it is fine but I wouldn't eat Tuna every day. Ask your OB if you aren't sure.

When I had my three kids, there was NOTHNG you couldn't eat.LOL.And my kids turned out great .
The only thing I didn't do is drink booze and eat desserts.(I could only gain 20 pounds total back in 1968. They were strict)
