What do you fix for Easter dinner?

  • ham, scalloped potatoes, asparagus, corn casserole(for the ones that don't like asparagus), vegetable tray with dip, rolls and some type of salad

  • We usually go to my sister's house. She serves shrimp scampi. I am not a fan of shrimp, so I bring a steak for myself.

  • I make ham, mashed taters and homemade gravy, grean bean casserole and deviled eggs! Sometimes potato salad!

  • At home I make a bone-in ham, mashed potatoes and gravy, homestyle green beans, hot rolls and deviled eggs. We always have to go to my MIL's hosue for her dinner too, but I like to make a family dinner at home for us.

  • We do brunch not dinner and its the usual breakfast fare with a ham, egg casserole, sweet breads, hardboiled eggs, fruit tray.
