Need help

Ok, I have a stupid question for you.

I'm planing to make dinner tonight and what I making says it severs 4. Which I know is a load of crap I make it all the time and it feeds us plus left overs. But that was before I'm started my weight loss counting calories.

So to my question, do I add all the ingredients to get the calories and then divide it by how many sevrings?

  • Yes thats how you would add up the calorie count. It wont be perfect but should be close enough.

  • That's the way you do it. It's all approximate, but it'll give you a good idea, assuming your divide the servings evenly.
