Anyone tried the kettle bell workout?

A kettle bell workout is one of Tim Ferriss’s strategies for getting in shape without long hours at the gym. Right, some of his lab equipment at his home in San Francisco.

  • I've done some kettlebell stuff. It's great for developing explosive power, which is great when you need bursts of energy, like if you're running races or boxing. It's always good to have! I don't do it regularly, only because I don't have a kettlebell, but I'd like to get an adjustable one.

  • Kettlebells are another good tool for working out. there's no gimmicks or anything...just another weight. You can find all kinds of kettlebell workouts online.

  • I am a Kettlenetics fan. It is one of my regular work-outs. It's challenging but lots of fun and it incorporates strength training as well as cardio in one work-out.
