I'm still working on it actually!
1) stop drinking sweet tea...I live in the south and drank a LOT of sweet tea, quit drinking soda years ago, but doesn't make much of a difference if you're still drinking a lot of sweet tea. I've had ONE glass since, but that was unsweet with Splenda
2) finish the P90X program...haven't started back yet, but the plan was to get back into working out, which I did 2wks ago, and then start back so I'm not so sore when starting back...I've still got 9months for a 3month program.
3) NO DESSERT...unless it's a birthday or wedding. I splurged on my best friends birthday weekend. And have altered it last week to if I workout 5days then I can have a SMALL dessert on Sunday, and that's more to motivate me to keep working out...
But yeah...I'm actually sticking to them!!!!
