At what age did you stop taking your LO into a restaurant with their carseat?

Just wondering, My baby boy is almost 6 months & I just want to know if any of you think I should still be taking him into a restaurant with his carseat or not.

  • I think my son was about 7 months or so and had outgrown the infant carrier, and was able to sit up on his own in a high chair. My daughter was about the same age too.

  • Depends. My 8mo still goes in his seat since he's usually asleep. No point waking him up when he's just eaten and will then be cranky and sitting there watching the rest of us eat and getting mad because there isn't anything he can have.
