What is "normal" blood sugar during pregnancy?

  • 70-120 is a healthy 'normal' blood sugar. 120-140 Dr's begin watching very closely. a fasting blood sugar over 140 is highly indicative of diabetes..pregnant or not.

  • fasting should be below 100. 2 hours after meal should be below 120. It depends on your weight and what your ob tells you or your dietician
