Meal plans?

Do any of you busy moms make a meal plan for the week? I do..I find it easier to make the week 'flow' nicely.. and makes grocery shopping a lot easier. What are some of your favorite week night meals?

  • Some weeks I'll shop on Sunday and plan all of my meals for the week. Other weeks I have no clue what I'm doing and just pull it together at the last minute.

  • Since my children are involved in so many after school activities, dinners must be quick and easy. Here are some of my favorites:
    - Pizza with a salad
    - Home made chicken soup with garlic bread
    - Black bean soup with turkey and cheese quesadillas
    - Cold cuts with a variety of cold salads (mostly on warm/hot days)
    - Hot dogs with baked beans
    - Baked chicken and assorted roasted veggies (potatoes, onions, peas, carrots, mushrooms) all made earlier in the day
