  • Sweet pototoes, butter, brown sugar, marshmallows

Cut sweet pototoes up into baking dish, sprinkle brownn sugar on top (generously),put tabs of butter (sliced butter) on top (all the way around), cook in oven....I'm guessing around 350, when the butter and brown sugar has melted add marshmallows and put in oven to finish melting marshmallows.

  • Here is an actual recipe. I did forget you need to boil them! lol My doesn't mash them though. It's up to you how you do it and you can add more ingredients if you wish.

    Ingredients

    4 Medium Sweet Potatoes

    1/2 c Butter

    1/3 c Brown Sugar

    1 t Vanilla Extract

    1/2 c Milk

    1/2 c Miniature Marshmallows

    Cooking Instructions

Peel your sweet potatoes then wash and boil covered until fork tender, about 20 minutes. Mash them up with a fork and add your butter until it melts. Next add your brown sugar, vanilla and milk and mix well. Top with marshmallows and bake until browned on top.
