  • Depends on the day of the week. Since I am up at 3AM M-F, and he is incapable of going BACK to sleep when awakened, we sleep separately Sun-Thurs nights.

But for us, separate beds when needed has been a marriage saver. We can't really cuddle because of his back, he steals covers and snores and I've started to as well.

22 years together.. and I think it's because we're flexible.

  • When the hot flashes start I head for the spare bedroom. We both get a good nights sllep then plus I can turn on my little fan :) We've been married 28yrs so it's really no big deal for us.

  • We generally sleep together. I fall asleep on the couch sometimes, though.

  • Sometimes we do.He works 3rd shift,so he's not always home.Lately,I've been having a hard time sleeping at night,so sometimes we'll cuddle up together during the day while the kids are at school.

  • Together but....Not touching I get way too hot. If we had a usable spare bedroom you better believe I would head there when he got to snoring or during the week when he would go there when he got home from work (2nd shift)
