Try not to eat seafood more than about twice a week while pregnant to keep the mercury down. Most small fish are safe, as are salmon (go for wild, not farmed). Avoid tilefish, king mackerel, shark, swordfish, bluefin tuna.... (I feel like I'm forgetting one). Shrimp, sardines, trout, all those are fine, just be sure any meats, fish included, are thoroughlycooked.
