  • poor sleep position. you can get a good cervical pillow to help you sleep without "pinching" nerves in your neck.

  • Bad sleep position, and if your very preggo, you may be retaining allot of water and that could be a symptom of something serious. If it happens everyday, call the Dr and get a physical and tell the Dr about it.
