  • We couldn't deal with a big cut so it would have to be big raise.

  • I have the stressed hubby. I'd take the pay cut and a happy hubby. Yes, we'd have to tighten our belts, but what we are going thru now is ridiculous.

  • I'd choose the cut - we've made a nice salary and not enjoyed life - after making choices to change our lifestyle and realize that money is tight and we're happy - we made BIG BIG BIG changes, live smaller and are certainly happy as a result.

  • The cut, I want my family happy , money is only the means not the answer, money can't fix all your problems and as long as we get by we are happy!

  • Happy Hubby! We would have to deal with the paycut.

  • Well, the pay cut would cause stress anyway even if it was for a job he loved, so I'd have to say the raise. You can't live without money and now, you need A LOT of it!

  • We had to make that decision a few years back and we took the happy hubby/tight budget. We made it work and he is doing what he loves.
