  • AMBROSIA FRUIT SALAD

    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. whipped cream, whipped

    Put together in bowl, let set overnight. Put ambrosia fruit salad in mold.

  • AMBROSIA FRUIT SALAD

    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/3 c. Karo light syrup
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can mandarin segments, drained
    1 can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. Cool Whip

    Beat cream cheese, syrup and lemon juice until creamy. Fold in the fruits and add marshmallows and fold in Cool Whip. Pour into a mold and freeze. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Unmold and garnish according to taste. Serves 6.

  • AMBROSIA SALAD

    1 (#2) can pineapple tidbits
    1 lg. can fruit cocktail
    1 (7 oz.) can mandarin orange sections
    3 1/2 oz. flaked coconut
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 jar maraschino cherries

    Drain fruit and mix together. Put cherries in last for color. Refrigerate at least 6 hours. May be made 24 hours ahead of time. Serves 8.

  • I had Ambrosia once with banana slices in it.. very similar to the recipes on top, it was SO good with them in it!
