What do you have in your salad?

I usually like iceberg luttuce with spinach. I put cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, black olives on my salad with Italian dressing. Sometimes I add grilled chicken to it.

  • Here is a great salad dressing you can make... saves buying one and so much more tasty...
Mix equal quantities of safflower oil with cider vinegar... add honey and crushed garlic to taste and mixed fresh herbs such as parsley, basil, rosemary.

This dressing is fantastic on any salad or on steamed veges

    Enjoy :-)

  • I don't eat a 'real' salad - meaning I don't like leafy greens. I put cucumbers, grape tomatoes, julienned carrots, sugar snap peas, and fat free ranch dressing. Sometimes croutons and cheese, too.
