How can I gain more weight???

I've tried just about everything and its not working...probably doesn't help that I've been sick but I need some advice

  • Funny question, usually people want to lose weight! Choose high calorie foods, high fat, high carb. Eat sweets, white breads and pastas. The refined carbs will make you crave more sweets and refined carbs. Cheesy potatoes and ice cream - not only fattening, enjoyable, too! Eat at a fast food restaurant for 10 days straight and you will pack on the pounds (I hope it doesn't make you sick, though...). Good luck!

  • I drank a bunch of Heavy Egg nog! I took a product called "weight on"! It tasted Awful! I also ate a lot of heavy cheesecake! Best of luck to you!

  • Drink weight loss drinks along with your meals. They have a lot of calories and stuff in them because you are supposed to drink them in place of meals.

  • Try adding some healthy fats to your diet (mono and polyunsaturated fats), as well as some lean proteins and whole grains. You can also add juice and other liquid calories. Try to avoid fatty meats and other sources of saturated fats, as they increase your risk of heart disease (even skinny people have to worry about that). If you want to be healthy about this, don't necessarily add unhealthy foods, but add things like avocados, olive oil, juice, and other higher calorie foods that aren't unhealthy. Good luck!!

  • Eat meals with pastas and breads just before bed so that you aren't burning off the calories. still be healthy, don't eat anything and everything. Try drinking SlimFasts (or some other brand like it) alongside meals instead of in place of them.
