What can I make for dinner tonight that is cheap and quick, yet healthy?

I'm tired of the same old same old. :)

  • Breakfast for dinner is awesome. We do spaghetti night once a week. Soooo cheap! I think garlic bread is the most expensive ingredient. We do sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top to make it seem more fancy:)

  • How cheap we talkin' here? Fresh oranges or a melon, whole grain english muffins, a few slices of nice cheese from the deli (cheaper and healthier than a pack of fake processed stuff) and a dozen eggs. homemade egg mcmuffins with cheese and fresh fruit on the side. yummmmmmeeeeez.

  • Pancakes, Waffles, French Toast, Eggs with bacon or sausage and or english muffins, bagels. That's what we are going to have cause I don't feel like standing in the kirchen for long periods of time.........i'm wearing a boot on my right calf. Well ok, we are not going to have ALL OF THAT FOOD LOL

  • Yum! That sounds good. :) We do this sometimes, too. Now that I think of it, I may have all that stuff without even having to run to the store tonight. :)
