What really works for stomach cramps?

  • Try a warm cup of Raspberry/Raspberry Leaf Tea. This always worked for me. Don't add to much sugar though or it gets way to sweet. I always had trouble with it because it was sweet but one cup of it worked on the worse cramps. I always keep some in the pantry. It's not to bad as iced tea either.
