my son hates the texture of veggies and will barely touch them. how do i get him to eat veggies?

  • Let him dip them in something - ranch, ketchup, melted butter or cheese. That's what worked with my kids - they'll eat anything they can dip, it's more fun!

  • put them in a fruit smoothie? i also agree with missanc my boys love anything with ranch

  • PUREE THEM INTO THE FOODS YA MAKE...SPAGHETTI SAUCE, STEWS, SOUPS ETC....

  • Small servings! I give my dd a spoonful of veggies, and ask that she try a few bites. It works out well. Also, try different dips- mustard, ketchup, cheese sauce. A little squirt of ketchup, although it contains sugar, will not cancel the benefits of the veggies! Hunts makes ketchup with no fructose corn syrup.

  • I agree with the "dipping" mamas! If it can be dipped somehow my DD will eat it.
