  • I do a disk clean up, defrag, clear cookies, clear history and check disk scan once a week. Check under programs, accessories and system tools. You can click on your drive, then properties for the the check disk scan.

  • Go to your start menu and click on the my computor button then go to your "c" drive right click and select open file. After that it will usually give a pop up message saying there are important files do not delete do you want to continue or something along those lines. Go into the main folder and this will contain every document, file, software on your computor. Go one by one and find each file you would like to get rid of and right click and delete. This will delete the file and send it to your recycling bin then go to that and empty it. That is usually how i do it if there are no good recover dates saved. If you need to know more just ask. If you do have a recovery date that you would like to use then go that way because its much less work on your part. The way you do this is to type in "system recovery" in your computor search and follow the directions.
