  • Salary is negotiable directly with the nanny, but could range anywhere from $10-$15/hour on average. It varies depending on duties, experience and geographic location.

  • I don't have a nanny per se, I'm a SAHM, but I have a one on one worker for my autistic son. She gets paid $10/hr to work with him, but she also pitches in with my 4 other kids as needed. And in addition to keeping him active, she is teaching him things like washing clothes, making his bed, etc. things that lighten my workload.

  • I would say it depends on much experience they have and if they have good references I would say $10-$12 for one child would be good
