Should nannies get paid more if there are 2 kids?

Should a nanny get paid more if 2 kids are needing care verses one child....I mean daycares don't pay by the number of kids that are in the room just by the hours your working

  • Yes. If you put 2 kids in daycare, then you pay for each child. I don't think it should be double, but it should be some more - it's more work to care for one child versus two!
