From their own website-
Melaleuca's Compensation Plan is designed to reward independent Marketing Executives who develop customers for Melaleuca products. The income you earn from your Melaleuca business is determined by three factors: the number of customers you have, the amount each customer purchases each month, and your effectiveness in building a marketing organization that includes other Marketing Executives who help you expand your customer base as they build their own marketing organizations.
Hmm, sounds like MLM to me.

@ Jeremy's Mom: Alyssa stated what we do. We simply set up customer accounts. On another note, the link you put up: Melaleuca products isn't Melaleuca's official website. I had never seen that site before.

I got it from this website- http://www.melaleucacompensationplan.com/ which is registered under Melaleuca's name. So,another question. Do you make money off of your team? Let's say you get someone to sign up and they get so many "accounts" set up. Do you earn money from that?
