  • I am lactose intolerant, I just dont have a serve case of it. I can have certain kind of cheese, but I cant have milk, or ice cream. I drink Soy Silk which has just as much, if not more calcium in it.

  • I'm not completely, but if I have a small glass of milk, I feel really sick, get cramps and my skin breaks out in a rash, and if I keep drinking it over time I get really bad eczema and head aches. I had massive cravings for full fat milk with my last pregnancy. I try to avoid milk now. I only have small amounts of cheese and yogurts. Too much is really bad for me!

  • Yep, been lactose intolerant since college and two of my nieces also are. I take a probiotic every day and that helps a lot. I use Lactaid milk and cottage cheese. Any hard cheese, like cheddar, read the nutrition information; if it says 0 grams of sugar, it generally has no lactose in it. Kraft actually includes this information on their packaging. I live with it pretty well and have adapted recipes, etc. so I don't miss out on too much!
