Has any of you ladies tried Apple Cider Vinegar with a diet?

of course eating good and working out, A friend of mine has been taking it for 3 weeks now she has lost 20lbs, 4 spoons a day with a lil water, it has a really bad taste tho. but it work. helps burn fat.

  • i haven't used it with a diet. but you can. you need to get the kind with mother in it. pretty much go to a health food store. the kind at the grocery store don't work as well.

    you can put 1 to 2 teaspoons and add 1 or 2 teaspoons of honey in 8 oz glass of water. it helps to clean out your system. and if drank before a meal suppose to help lose weight. but it takes out a lot of impurities out of your system.

  • Vinger is a natural appitite surpressant. If it works for you. You can get the same effect by drinking a cold glass of water with lemon before every meal. It will fill you up with no calories and the lemon is suppose to help surpress your appitite as well.
