Wanted or needed? Is there a difference?

I need a summer sitter an am making flyers. Should the caption read...Babysitter Wanted or Babysitter Needed? Do both titles mean the same? TIA!!

  • I like it better now, but no, you do not have to list the hours. I was thinking you can avoid a lot of inquiries that would not be a match because of the hours if they were listed.

  • You might say how many children and the hours if you'd like to cut down on a lot of inquiries that would not be a match.

  • I was going to list the hours but ive learned that for summer jobs its not necessary. I have to leave for work at 630 am. If I list that then it scares ppl away. Id rather a lot of inquiries before I list the hours. i live in a resort town and most of my sitters have been here on vacation. I dont want to scare them initially! LOL

  • And considering this is a public flyer I DO NOT want to give my number and the age/sex of my child. Maybe just the number of children How do I say that?
