I did a 5.2 mil run/walk (about 1/3 walking) today, which is long for me. I'm trying to gain some distance, but I've been so low energy with my runs this week. I think because I haven't been going in the mornings, but waiting until the afternoons, which means i have less energy, even if I've had coffee and such. I think I need to fight harder for morning runs.
