  • A few exercise ideas for your traveling time-
    Squats
    Lunges
    Pushups/incline pushups against a wall
    Jumping jacks
    Walking (can be done almost anywhere!)
    Knee ups
    Bridges (on your back with knees bent, clench and lift your butt)
    Planks/modified planks
    Tricep dips off of a chair
    Walking stairs (if you're in a hotel)
