How many days late can stress make your period?

I am 7 days late for my period...DH and I only had sex twice in the last month, and he used a condom each time. I've been extremely stressed lately, being near the end of my semester for college, plus work and kids. What's the longest you've gone when you were late with your period?

  • It can cause to skip a period altogether. If you were that stressed around the time you should have ovulated, then you could have not ovulated....thus no reason to have a period. More common then you think really.

  • Southern Mama is 100% correct!! One thing that can help... take a test... even a Dollar store test. Come times just seeing a (-) result can help reduce stress (about this any way). Sometime piece of mind is worth millions! ;o)
