I should totally know this, but am drawing a complete blank today! What natural substances can I give my 3 y/o to help relieve her constipation?

  • Too much apple juice will give my family the runs. Prune juice is also helpful, but doesn't taste the best.

  • Try mixing some molasses into juice or milk. Always did good for my kids when they were little. In fact, we had a newborn kitten we were feeding by hand a few years back, and when he got constipated,we put a little bit in his formula, and he had a good bowel movement after that.
