  • Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers - raw sprinkled with salt

  • Tomatoes from our garden. I slice them sprinkle a little s&p. Drizzle olive oil and top with thin sliced fresh mozzerella and torn basil. The basil is also from our garden.

  • My mom introduced me to this quesadilla thing that has Peanut butter and honey and made with multi grain tortillas. I love them and eat them pretty much everyday.
