  • hot chamomile tea and hot baths.

  • dig in the dirt/gardening, clean/organize parts of the house that don't get hit daily, take a drive, go window-shopping, turn all media-off and veg out with a book, a few beers.

  • Exercise is huge for me. It helps physically and mentally.
    I also like to relax by reading in bed; that allows me to fully unwind and go "someplace else" to leave the stress of the real world behind.

    Meditation
    Working out (cardio/weights)
    walking around the city and viewing the sites
    hanging out at and people watching at the Square or Water Front Park
    Dancing like a fool around my house until I'm ready to drop

  • Reading, quilting, putting in my earphones and jamming out(lol), rearranging furniture, tending to my plants, and having a good cry while watching something chock full of drama and sappiness. And those are just some of the ways I have learned to cope with stress. :)

  • Hot tea or coffee and a good book do wonders!


    Writing is therapeutic and relaxing to me.


    Listening to music, visiting sites online (like CM lol), playing computer games, and sometimes cleaning are also great stress relievers for me.
